Balancing Changes
Sabotage spies can no longer reveal all armies.
- Espionage is a powerful tool in the hands of a skilled commander. Sabotage spies were providing too much value, so we’ve reduced their capabilities.
- This will increase tension by making the fog of war more dense.
- Intelligence spies can still cover your army's intelligence needs with their “reveal local armies” ability.
Reduced Manpower costs for all units.
Manpower costs are out of balance with the rest of the economy. This change alleviates Manpower shortages all along your frontlines.
- Manpower costs have overall been reduced by about 10%, with bigger cost reductions at later unit levels.
Reworked damage values for Artillery:
This gives commanders more options to combat light armor targets in the early game.
- Attack Damage against Light Armor targets: 2.0 -> 2.7
- Attack Damage against Heavy Armor targets: 2.7 -> 2.0
- Defensive Damage against Light Armor targets: 0.5 -> 0.7
- Defensive Damage against Heavy Armor targets: 0.7 -> 0.5
Shifted the resource costs for Light Tanks:
- Increased overall Oil costs by 20%
- Decreased overall Manpower costs by 10%
- Decreased overall Money costs by 10%
Rebalanced planes:
- Increased Attack Bomber damage against Light Armored, Heavy Armored and Naval targets by 15%
- Increased Tactical Bomber Hitpoints by 15%
- Decreased Strategic Bomber damage against buildings and province morale by 20%
Adjusted the days of availability for the Valentine DD Amphibious Tank:
- Level 2: Day 2 -> Day 4
- Level 3: Day 2 -> Day 7

Bug Fixes

- Fixed units cards in the Inventory being displayed with the wrong Unit level.
- Corrected a faulty string in the description of nuclear weapons claiming that the nuke can mobilize again after detonating and converting to nuclear fallout.
