Bugs are an unfortunate but inevitable reality of gaming, and so we have made reporting them as streamlined and straightforward as possible.
First, though, it’s important to clarify what exactly a bug is. A bug is a consistent, unintended effect of certain ingame elements, and is not generally a result of issues on your device. Rather, these are issues that our developers would need to fix in an update.
Bugs can be spotted and identified through normal play - if you take an action, expect a certain outcome and get something wildly different, this can often be the result of a bug.
Simply open the Support chat, select ‘Report a Bug,’ and input the details of your report when prompted. You will be asked whether you would like to forward the report to our QA department and close the chat, or if you need a CS agent to look into the matter for you.
Forwarding the bug to QA will assign a specific label to your ticket and close the chat. You will not receive any updates on the investigation, but our QA department makes regular inspections of our bug reports and will find your ticket there.
A CS agent may be needed if the bug is restricting you from normal play, and you need something adjusted to keep playing. Bear in mind that our CS agents cannot fix the bug in its entirety, but can help you with a workaround. If, for example, a unit is stuck and cannot be moved, an agent may remove the unit and replace it with a new one.
Please keep this difference in mind when submitting your report.
