Firstly, you may have been removed from the game round in question. This can happen if a staff member intervenes in the case of multiaccounting, toxic behaviour or similar violations of the Terms of Service. Please check your private messages and the email inbox associated with your account, as you will have been notified in these places if this is the case.

Second, the games may be experiencing difficulties. Please check our Discord and other social media for updates on server issues or maintenance periods.

Thirdly, there may be an issue affecting your device or browser’s ability to load the game. If on mobile, please try reinstalling the app. For browsers, please try loading the game in an incognito window or clearing your browser cache.
