If you are redirected to the Support chat when attempting to log into your account, your account has likely been suspended.
An account suspension is usually an action taken by our staff or our fraud detection system in response to behaviour that has taken place on your account. This includes:
Toxicity. We take a zero-tolerance approach to abusive conduct in our games, and so violations of our Code of Conduct may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
Multiaccounting or other Metagaming. Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage in-game is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved.
Fraud. Chargebacks or suspected fraudulent activity will result in the automatic suspension of your account.
The reason for your suspension is sent via email to the email address associated with your account, and so if you do not know why your account has been suspended, please check your email (including Spam) inboxes.
If you would like to appeal the action taken against your account, please contact our Support department via the Support chat, and our staff will be happy to review the situation and take action in accordance with our policies.
