Losing access to your account can be very frustrating, and so we have processes in place to help you get it back.

Firstly, we would always recommend that you associate your account with an email address. If your account is linked to an email, you have an easy way to restore your access. Simply head to the login screen, then select ‘Forgot Password.’ Input the email address you linked to the account, and check your inbox. You’ll receive an email - which can take fifteen minutes or so to arrive - that contains instructions on what to do next. Follow these instructions, and you’ll be back in your account in no time at all.

The exception to this rule is if you used your AppleID to create your account. If so, the email address will not be the one linked to your AppleID, but rather a specific private address created by your AppleID. In this instance, you can simply tap on the Apple icon to log back into your account without needing to reset your password.

If you did not set an email address on your account, you’ll need to reach out to our Customer Support team. Please ensure that you read and respond correctly to the automated process, as this is designed to gather as much useful information about your case as possible, in order for our agents to provide the most effective and efficient solution.

You will be asked for information about your account that is only visible to the account owner - such as the Gold reserves you had, the games that you were in and when you were last able to log into the account. These will be compared to our records, and if they match, our Customer Support team will be able to link your account to an email address of your choice and assist you with the password reset process.
