If you are not receiving the confirmation email, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Your Spam Folder: Allow 10-15 minutes for the email to arrive and check your Spam or Junk folder.
  2. Change Your Email Address: If you still don't see the email, you can update your email address in your account settings and  try with a different email address. 
  3. Contact Support: If the problem persists, please send us a support request. Include the email address you want to use for your account, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Important Note: Some email providers and domains may not be compatible with our system. Providers such as Outlook and Gmail are supported and should work correctly. If you are using an uncommon email provider, consider switching to one of these supported providers.
