How do I report a player?

Maintaining a fun, competitive, and safe environment for our players is one of our top priorities. We take reports of abusive behavior, unfair play, or cheating very seriously. Here's how you can report these issues:

In-Game Toxicity, Metagaming or Cheating

If your report pertains to in-game activity—such as offensive newspaper articles or diplomatic messages, metagaming like multiaccounting or wolfpacking, or if you suspect a player has used hacks, exploits, or cheats to gain an unfair advantage—all you need to do is contact our Support department. If this led you here, you can hit the Back button in your chat and let us know that you need to talk to someone. This will connect you with our specialized Player Reports team, who will handle the matter. Please do not forget to provide the game ID, username of the offender, and if possible, screenshots of ToS violations to help us with our investigation.

Toxicity in Chat

If the incident happened in one of our chatrooms, all you need to do is contact our Support department. If this led you here, you can hit the Back button in your chat and let us know that you need to talk to someone. This will connect you with our specialized Player Reports team, who will handle the matter.

Discord or Other Community Areas

If you're a member of one of our social media groups or Discord servers and the incident happened there, please notify one of the Moderators on that platform. They will handle the situation promptly.
