Seasonal units need to be unlocked permanently during the corresponding season. To do this, you need to fulfill the following requirements:

1. Reach the required amount of Seasonal points as listed in the Seasons Tab.

2. Have an active SC membership at the end of the season.

Security Council membership is required to unlock the Seasonal unit at the end of the season, but it does not automatically provide you with previous seasonal units.
