When this happens, you can change the email address. Allow 10-15 minutes to pass and make sure you look in the Spam folder. If you still cannot see the confirmation email, please send us a support request, including the email address you want in your account, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Important note: Some unusual email providers and domains will not work with our backend. There is no way around this for the time being. With this being said though, providers such as Outlook and Gmail are supported and work as intended.
