Balancing changes

(effective only in the new game rounds)

Map and starting units changes:

  • Increased stack limit 5 → 10

  • 1 Militia in every rural province including AI nations

  • Each urban province contains 3 units

    • always 2 infantry

    • 1x Artillery

    • 1x Medium mech

    • 1x Hunter mech

    • 2x Light tank

  • AI urban provinces contain 2 infantry

  • All rural provinces produce 100 manpower instead of 50

  • increased start energy  10k → 15k

 

Research:

  • reduced rare material costs by ~30-50%

  • reduced energy cost slightly (20-50%)

  • increased cost growth slightly

    • overall costs are still reduced also on high level

 

Production:

  • reduced base costs by ~40%

  • reduced manpower cost growth per level slightly

  • increased resource cost growth per level slightly

    • overall all productions will still be cheaper

 

Production bonus via industry:

  • increased bonus 15%/level -> 20%/level

 

Unit movement:

  • increased move speed of all units to 300%

    • from this value, reduced airplane move speed again by ~10%

  • reduced move speed on enemy territory 40% -> 25%

 

Unit stats:

  • increased all unit health to 200%

    • from this value, reduced health of units with highest values again by 20%

 

Buildings:

  • reduced all production times of secondary buildings to around 4h

  • increased railroad’s morale buff

 

Speedup:

  • increased construction speedup costs

 

Anti mech gun:

  • increased heavy damage ~30%

 

Hunter Mech:

  • increased heavy damage ~20%

 

Harpy Air:

  • increased heavy damage ~15%

 

Terrain effects:

  • reduced negative terrain effects -50% → -30% & -25% → -15%

 

Capitalist Faction:

  • removed research time reduction buff

  • improved buff for research cost decrease -20% → -30%

 

General

  • From now on Adviser Missions that involve promoting units should only be shown if the player has units researched 

  • Adviser rewards were increased, and new types of rewards were added to the current pool

 

Bug fixes

  • An issue was fixed that did not delete offensive messages after a player is banned

  • A bug was fixed with adviser rewards. Previously it took a long time to claim them, but now they are claimed immediately.

  • An issue was resolved that triggered error messages for some of you on mobile devices when opening the newspaper

  • A problem with speed maps was solved that did not adjust “delay march” according to the speed of the game.
