Balancing

  • The signs are clear - there is too much metal and too little oil. This is why we are adjusting some unit and building costs, alleviating some of the strain on oil especially in the early to mid game.
    • Airstrip
      • Shifted all Oil costs to Metal
    • Local Industry
      • Shifted all Oil costs to Metal
    • Local Port
      • Shifted all Food costs to Oil
    • Light Tank
      • Production costs shifted from an Oil focus to a Metal focus
    • Heavy Tank
      • Production costs shifted from a Metal focus to an Oil focus
    • Production costs slightly shifted from Manpower into Metal

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where damage to province morale was being applied incorrectly from patrolling air units. 100% morale damage was being applied when it was supposed to be 50%. Damage is now applied at 50% on patrol
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Ciudad Cuauhtemoc province in the “World at War” map to pay out 10x the intended manpower. Now it pays out the correct amount of 150 Manpower per hour.
  • Fixed the country flags in the 1939 - Blitzkrieg and also Road to War scenario maps. Countries will now display the correct flags next to their name.
  • Fixed a visual bug that duplicated the close button in the unit card deployment province bar
