General

Streamlined the filter options in the "Produce > Manage > Production overview" menu to only show options for ongoing constructions / productions, instead of displaying the whole list. If no constructions/productions are going, the filter will not be shown.
Improved the visual clarity of the arrows in the research window on mobile devices.
Improved the performance of the research window on mobile devices. Scrolling through the research tree will now feel smoother.

Fixed a bug in the Dominion gamemode that allowed spies to be placed in immutable provinces (e.g. starting provinces) and in the player’s own provinces.
