General

Overhauled the look of booster cards
- The cards are now more compact
- Removed unnecessary text and replaced it with icons to improve readability on which effect a card provides
Changed the way resource amounts are displayed. Values are now always being rounded down, to avoid giving the impression that more resources exist than actually available.

Fixed a bug in the diplomacy window. It will now properly show all nations that a country is at war with.
Fixed a bug when attacking disembarking armies with a land unit. The land unit no longer starts embarking, but instead engages in combat as intended.
Fixed an issue with the fire-control. Ranged units will now properly engage stealth units that were revealed inside attack range when set to “Fire at Will”, “Offensive” and “Aggressive”
Added missing resource and money icons when trading on the market.
Fixed an issue that made the free gift icon disappear on Android devices.
Added missing icons in pop-up windows used in the Dominion game-mode.
