Watching ads on your mobile device is a great way of getting your hands on a little extra Goldmark, and so it can be very frustrating if these rewards don't arrive right away.

There are a couple of reasons why this might be the case, and a few steps that can be taken to better guarantee their arrival.
First things first, you must make sure that the ad played to completion, and that you didn't close it until the X had been visible for a couple of seconds.
Next, if you've watched the whole ad and closed it only when the X has apppeared, you may need to restart your app. There can be minor delays in the visual change of your Goldmark total, and restarting the app may assist with this.

Finally, there may be a delay in our provider acknowledging the completion of the ad, so in rare cases it may take up to 48 hours for the reward to arrive.
